Devin started his banking career at U.S. Bank, where he gained experience across a wide range of banking functions, including credit products, fraud prevention, compliance, banking operations, and government-related accounts. He later continued his career with Capital One before joining Wells Fargo, where he served in several roles, including Sales Banker, Team Lead, and Executive Case Specialist II.
Throughout his career, Devin has been known for his ability to navigate challenging situations, resolve complex financial concerns, and provide support during times when clients need it most. His passion for banking grew from seeing the impact a trusted advocate can have during uncertain or stressful moments. He believes clients want more than answers. They want someone who listens, communicates clearly, and remains engaged until a solution is found.
Some of Devin’s most rewarding experiences have come from helping clients find solutions after exhausting other avenues for assistance. By taking ownership, coordinating resources, and keeping clients informed every step of the way, he has helped turn frustration and uncertainty into clarity and confidence.
