Marie’s goal in her current role is to lead with intention by building a team that delivers exceptional client experiences while supporting one another’s professional growth. She is committed to strong communication, continuous improvement, and creating a culture where people feel confident, supported, and valued.
Outside of work, Marie enjoys spending time with her husband, Dustin, and their four children. As a family, they stay busy supporting youth sports, fostering dogs through a local rescue, and enjoying time outdoors whenever Midwest weather allows. Whether attending concerts, traveling to see favorite bands, or bowling with family and friends, Marie values time spent together and staying connected.
