Since 2004, I’ve worked as a senior mortgage loan officer, helping hundreds of clients with home purchases and refinances, from first-time and move-up buyers to second homes and investment properties. I specialize in FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, physician loans, down payment assistance programs, and refinance solutions designed to lower payments, consolidate debt, or access home equity.
As a credit expert, I take pride in helping clients with credit challenges become mortgage-ready and successfully achieve homeownership. Taking out a mortgage is typically a stressful process however Nikki made it unbelievably very smooth for us. At the very beginning of the process she explained to us very clearly about the requirement of the program and made sure we know what to prepare in advance such that the loan process goes smoothly – that is what we typically miss working with other lenders.
