I specialize in FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, physician loans, down payment assistance programs, and refinance solutions designed to lower payments, consolidate debt, or access home equity.

We worked with Nikki Rydberg as a part of Physician loans program. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful and available Nikki was throughout the process. As health care professional we had oly very limited time to speak with Nikki and sometime … More that fell during her after hours, where she always made her available through phone and text to explain the process, respond to the questions, and actually help coordinate across a team at Heritage Bank (Physicians Bank). Taking out a mortgage is typically a stressful process however Nikki made it unbelievably very smooth for us. At the very beginning of the process she explained to us very clearly about the requirement of the program and made sure we know what to prepare in advance such that the loan process goes smoothly – that is what we typically miss working with other lenders.
