Nikki Rydberg has over 21 years of experience working at a large technology company, where she served as a high-level executive manager tasked with expanding and growing large businesses headquartered in Minneapolis. Throughout her career, Nikki has established herself as a trusted professional known for building genuine relationships, networking, and fostering referral partnerships and centers of influence.

Recognizing her natural talent for working with people and helping them with their business needs, she pursued opportunities in the Telecom business where she could continue building relationships and supporting clients as they navigate their most significant purchase transactions.

Nikki is married to her wife, Michele, and a proud mom to two adult daughters. Recently, their family circle has expanded with the addition of a beautiful granddaughter, Ila Louise. The household wouldn’t be complete without two very indulged and adored four-legged members: Brooks and Finn.

Aside from her bustling personal life, Nikki has a passion for volunteering. While living in Wisconsin, she dedicated her time to Big Brothers and Big Sisters, where she connected with her “adopted family” while away from her own. After moving to Minneapolis, she began volunteering for Second Harvest Heartland, a mission to end hunger in the community. Her dedication to philanthropy speaks volumes to her altruism and desire to impact her community positively.

To earn 4.04%, you must:

  1. Have at least $5,000 in direct deposit each month from payroll, social security, investment income, or other forms of monthly income.
  2. Have monthly debit card purchases posted to your account equaling a minimum of $500. Please note that ATM transactions do not count toward the debit card purchase requirement.
  3. Enroll and receive monthly eStatements. With eStatements, you must have a valid email address to enroll. $4 per month fee applies if not enrolled in eStatements and paper statements are sent through U.S. Mail.
