Hi, I’m Rachel Stoneking, a Private Banker at Physician Bank.
While I’m newer to banking, my work with physicians goes back more than 15 years. I spent over a decade helping physicians secure and negotiate their contracts, which gave me a deep understanding of the unique financial needs that come with their careers. That experience continues to shape how I support my clients today.

I’m passionate about helping physicians find financial solutions that truly fit where they are in their journey. Whether they’re just getting started or planning their next step, my goal is to be a trusted partner who helps them build long-term financial well-being and growth.

I recently joined Physician Bank and am excited to continue growing with the team while providing meaningful support to the physicians we serve.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband, Dante, and I have been married for 19 years, and we have two sons, Isaac and Jeremiah, who are in high school and college. I also love spending time with our dogs and cats, crocheting, caring for my plants, and cooking.

We worked with Nikki Rydberg as a part of Physician loans program. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful and available Nikki was throughout the process. As health care professional we had oly very limited time to speak with Nikki and sometime … More that fell during her after hours, where she always made her available through phone and text to explain the process, respond to the questions, and actually help coordinate across a team at Heritage Bank (Physicians Bank). Taking out a mortgage is typically a stressful process however Nikki made it unbelievably very smooth for us. At the very beginning of the process she explained to us very clearly about the requirement of the program and made sure we know what to prepare in advance such that the loan process goes smoothly – that is what we typically miss working with other lenders. We really appreciate Nikki and will come back again to work with her for our next home purchase in the future.
